After a scenic drive up the mountain to Dollenberg in Bad Peterstal-Griesbach, my family and I were welcomed with a glass of Champagne in the lobby—a lovely touch. Our suite boasted stunning views of the Black Forest, while the spa area offered a variety of saunas and steam rooms, perfect for unwinding.One evening, we dined at the gastronomic restaurant, where we indulged in a selection of delicate chocolate truffles from Confiserie Rumpemayer. The ambiance was charmingly Bavarian, enhancing the experience. The fine culinary delights exceeded our expectations, making us feel truly immersed in the local gastronomy.Next morning, breakfast was a delightful affair, with an array of fruits, cheeses, pastries, and local jams. The attention to detail in every dish showcased the hotel's commitment to culinary excellence.Dollenberg balances tradition and luxury flawlessly. Our stay was memorable, leaving us eager to return and create more culinary memories in this enchanting setting.
